We encountered technical difficulties during a recent fee-for-service check run and we want you to be aware of how you may be impacted.

  • The FFS payments issued on January 21st were all remitted via paper check. There were no ACH (automated clearinghouse) payments issued.
  • If you usually receive payments via ACH, please check your post office box or office mail delivery for your FFS payment issued on January 21st. Please allow at least one (1) week from the postmark date for live checks to arrive.
  • FFS payments issued on January 25th were postmarked or remitted via ACH transfer on that date as normal.
  • To obtain a copy of your 835 ERA for the 1/21/22 pay date; please log into your HPSJ SFTP site to retrieve a copy the updated documents.
