To ensure no delays in your payments 

Why do we need your contact information? We will soon be transitioning to a new payment solution that will bring many improvements for providers

  • We want the transition to go smoothly for every provider. 
  • We need the email address of the person at your practice that is authorized to make decisions about claims, payments and bank account information.
  • We will confirm the email address and then send you a secure link to ensure that you are setup.
  • Initially, this person MUST NOT be a third-party billing company. The Authorized Person can later permit access by a third-party billing company.
  • We need only one contact per Tax-Id.

Health Plan of San Joaquin (HPSJ) will continue with the existing provider payments system.

At this time, we have decided to remain with our current and reliable payment partner, Change Healthcare.

There is no action that you need to take!

  • Your payments will continue with Change Healthcare.
  • Timely payments will continue using your preferred method.
  • Access to the secure provider portal will continue without interruption.
