To improve your Doctor Referral Express (DRE) experience, HPSJ has implemented a new self-serve automated system to allow users to submit requests for the following assistance:
- New request to access the portal
- Reactivate an existing account
- Password Reset
To use this system, please access the following link: https://www.hpsj.com/providers/.
Once the request is received by HPSJ through the automated system, the requester will be notified by email of the request status. The clinic supervisor in the provider office must approve all requests within fourteen (14) business days, or the request will time-out and be voided.
Please note that all providers and/or clinics MUST have an existing contract with HPSJ for
