Microsoft Outage
Crowdstrike Global Outage

On 7/18/24, there was a global outage caused by a CrowdStrike update impacting Microsoft customers. Although Health Plan was not impacted, we have been made aware that several of our provider partners have been impacted.

Our provider partners are still providing emergency and general services. Some routine appointments and non-emergency procedures may be rescheduled due to this global outage.
