DHCS will be providing additional information regarding the EPT Payments Program in the upcoming weeks. More information will be provided to HPSJ providers once that is released.
About the EPT Payments Program – DHCS is funding grants to support EPT in primary care practices. Program participants will receive direct payments from DHCS that can help them better serve their patients.
What HPSJ Is Doing to Help – HPSJ is partnering with consultants from RecastHealth to guide practices through the application process. HPSJ will also be partnering with you to obtain grant funding and implement practice improvements that are aligned with EPT program goals.
