Health Plan encourages you and your staff to attend our next virtual Look & Learn session.

The Women, Infants & Children Program is a cost-effective investment that improves the nutrition and health of low-income families leading to heathier infants, more nutritious diets and better health care for children.

Formula Shortage

Medical provider:

Determines medical diagnosis warranting therapeutic formula
Refer to insurance/MediCal for coverage

Therapeutic formulas are generally covered by Medi-Cal; Medical provider will need to submit a request to Medi-Cal for coverage.
