We are very sorry there have been processing delays for the payments addressed below.
This is to bring you up to date on the situation, which has now been remedied.
June Capitation (CAP) Payments:
- The June CAP payments were all sent out via live check. There were no ACH (automated clearing house) transfers submitted.
- If you usually receive ACH transfers directly to your account, for the month of June please check your post office box or office mail delivery
- For July CAP payments, timely delivery will be via your usual method, either live check or ACH transmission
July Fee For Service (FFS) Payments:
- The FFS payments scheduled for July 2nd were delayed until July 6th due to internal processing and the July 4th holiday
- Live checks should be received within a week from when they were issued (July 6th)
- NOTE: The ACH transfers were sent to providers on July 6th
