Due to the timing of receipt of the monthly eligibility file from the Department of Health
Care Services (DHCS), there may be a delay in the normal delivery schedule for your
next Fee for Service (FFS) payment.

We want you to be aware of the following.

  • The next FFS payments will be issued on October 6 and will be postmarked or
    remitted via ACH (automated clearing house) transfer on that date.
  • Please allow at least one (1) week from the postmark date for live checks to
    arrive.
  • ACH transfers should be reflected in your accounts within 24 hours of the
    issuance date.
