HPSJ Among Top Ranked California Health Plans for TIMELY ACCESS
The Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC) Timely Access rankings for Measurement Year 2019 are now out. HPSJ is among the top ranked California Full Service Medi-Cal Health Plans – as well as the combined Commercial, Individual/Family and Medi-Cal Plans. These high rankings represent an active partnership of HPSJ with our providers. This is a partnership that not only promoted urgent and non-urgent care access for HPSJ patients, it also illustrates how each provider partner went the extra mile to respond with accurate, complete reporting of timely compliance data.
