Sutter Contract Termination 2022
The Health Plan of San Joaquin (HPSJ) is dedicated to partnering with our network of providers to ensure access to quality health care for our members. We appreciate your continuing collaboration to serve HPSJ members as we terminate Sutter Valley Hospitals and Sutter Gould Medical Group from our network.
Effective March 9, 2022, Sutter Valley Hospitals and effective March 31, 2022, Sutter Gould Medical Group will no longer be part of HPSJ’s network. This termination includes the following facilities and clinics:
HPSJ encourages providers to begin referring our members to other hospitals and specialty clinics available through our contracted network. Please see a list of contracted hospitals below:
- Dameron Hospital Association
- Doctor’s Hospital of Manteca
- Doctor’s Medical Center Modesto
- Emmanuel Medical Center
- Lodi Memorial Hospital Association
- Oak Valley District Hospital
- San Joaquin General Hospital
- St. Joseph’s Medical Center
