The Breast and Cervical Cancer Treatment Program (BCCTP) Presumptive Eligibility (PE) provides immediate, temporary benefits to eligible low-income California residents to initiate treatment for a qualifying cancerous and or precancerous condition while their Medi-Cal application is being processed. Qualified Enrolling Providers screen and assist individuals with submitting applications to BCCTP using an electronic application through the Medi-Cal Provider Portal.
