We understand the importance of a healthy pregnancy. Health education information and resources can support and encourage a successful pregnancy. HPSJ would like to support your efforts.
Per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), the Z3A diagnosis code allows for tracking the weeks of gestation and following the progress of pregnant members. By using the code, your pregnant patients are allowed the opportunity to receive gestation- and trimester-appropriate information and supportive resources through HPSJ’s Prenatal Health Education Program.
Services from the HPSJ Prenatal Health Education Program include:
- Prenatal Health Education Program materials
- Telephonic case management for high-risk pregnancies
- Information on HPSJ member incentives and local resources
