As you may know, California lawmakers have passed legislation to improve the experience of healthcare consumers.
As of July 1, 2016, new regulatory standards will be in place for plans to publish and maintain accurate, timely provider directories. We can accomplish this together, through our provider/plan partnership.
To help your facility take the steps necessary to be ready for these new regulatory standards on July 1, HPSJ is requesting that you provide your most recent demographics for each location (as applicable) by completing the attached SB 137 Data Validation form.
