HPSJ is pleased to announce 2016 Provider incentives for prenatal and postpartum care. This provider incentive is valid from January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016.

The $25 incentive is to be paid for each occurrence that meets the following timeliness requirements –

  • The first prenatal care visit must occur in the first trimester, or within 42 days of enrollment as a member of HPSJ.
  • The postpartum visit must be done between 21 and 56 days after delivery.

The provider incentive is paid quarterly.
HPSJ will use the NCQA HEDIS® defined measure for prenatal and postpartum care. This also supports HPSJ’s NCQA accreditation. Part of maintaining this accreditation is continuous improvement with the outcomes of our HEDIS measures.
