By encouraging internal growth and development, we can increase overall productivity and make Health Plan better prepared to serve the members of our communities. Upon joining the Health Plan team, HPSJ University will be an available resource for you! It has 300+ courses which include training topics, guides, and presentations.

HPSJ partners with the Stockton’s and Modesto’s Chamber of Commerce to sponsor eligible employees in a 10-month leadership program! The goal is to identify, educate and motivate potential community leaders by exposing them to local government, business and community services, as well as community issues such as education and healthcare.

We value continued education! Health Plan will pay all or part of education or training, including job-related certifications and/or tuition towards a degree. Those who qualify can receive financial reimbursement for tuition and books!
