This message is being sent to you as part of HPSJ’s ongoing efforts to keep our providers informed of changes that may impact their practice.
Sutter Gould Medical Foundation in San Joaquin and Stanislaus counties is limiting its specialty referrals exclusively to HPSJ members with a Sutter PCP.
This change goes into effect immediately.
If you need assistance identifying alternative specialists in HPSJ’s network, please consult the online directory at https://www.hpsj.com/find-a-provider/, or in the DRE, or call HPSJ Customer Service at 1-888-936-PLAN (7526).
