Health Plan’s medical management system, Jiva, will be temporarily down for an upgrade. The upgrade is planned for this weekend and will support additional functionality.
During this time, Jiva will be unavailable from Friday, June 27, 2025 evening until Sunday, June 29, 2025 afternoon. Authorization activities in Jiva can resume after this upgrade window.
