This alert is to notify you that fee-for-service (FFS) payment checks dated 4/2/2024 were mailed and subsequently canceled after it was identified that payments previously paid were included. Please do not cash these checks. These paper checks have been voided and are not refundable.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Please know the payments will be corrected and new checks dated 4/9/2024 have been issued.
