Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) Measure for 2022

The following is a reminder regarding the Immunizations for Adolescents (IMA) Combo – 2.

Description

For adolescents who turn 13 years of age during the measurement year:

  • 1(TDap) tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis
  • 1 meningococcal oligosaccharide (ACWY); note that Meningococcal vaccine types include ACWY serogroups and that MenB does not count for the IMA-2 measure
  • 2 dose (HPV) human papilloma virus- on or between the member’s 9th and 13th birthdays and with dates of service at least 146 days apart.

OR

  • 3 doses (HPV) human papilloma virus- on or between the member’s 9th and 13th birthdays.

provided to the family.
