The opportunity for collection has finalized and no additional records will be collected at this time. If records have been received, outside of the collection period they will be destroyed.
It is important to note, that HEDIS is an ongoing effort, with respect to the provision of quality care and member satisfaction. While record collection for MY2020 has ended, we are now looking forward to successes in MY2021.
