Health Plan of San Joaquin (HPSJ) has announced that Terry R. Cumpian has been promoted from HPSJ senior claims manager to claims department director. Cumpian, who joined HPSJ at the beginning of 2015, has extensive insurance claims experience ranging from billing, coding and adjustments, to physician office outreach and customer service.
