This message to our HPSJ providers is to ensure ALL your billings are captured and paid out as part of your fourth quarter, final incentive check for the 2017 reporting period.
- HPSJ will need to receive all outstanding billings for 2017 by no later than February 28, 2018.
- This applies to all 2017 capitated and fee-for-service claims.
Using all the billings submitted as of February 28, 2018, HPSJ will submit the entire data package to our vendor. We will not be able to add any claims received after our data is submitted for the final rates.
Please do not wait. Push your 2017 claims submissions to us as soon as possible, so that you can beat the February 28 deadline, and secure the maximum possible incentive payment.
Remember:
- Every claim is helpful when reviewing all of the HEDIS measures.
- But, providers will not get the incentive credit for claims unless they are received by this coming February 28
