The New Reporting system is now available!
HPSJ is delivering reports on gaps in care that are easier to use and that illustrate gaps in care at multiple levels.

Reports will be available at the:

  • Medical Group/FQHC level
  • Clinic Site or Individual provider level
  • Individual patient level

A training video explaining how to review the reports and navigate the new reporting system is also available on the portal.

Log into the DRE portal as normal and navigate to the HEDIS gap in care option, then explore the new reporting system.
