Effective Now –

  • Member eligibility has been updated.
  • The correct September 2017 eligibility files are now reflected through all normalchannels (DRE provider portal, HPSJ IVR, and ProCare).
  • California DHCS officials have assured HPSJ they are:
    • Examining the issues and why this happened
    • Identifying ways to prevent a reoccurrence
