Effective Now –
- Member eligibility has been updated.
- The correct September 2017 eligibility files are now reflected through all normalchannels (DRE provider portal, HPSJ IVR, and ProCare).
- California DHCS officials have assured HPSJ they are:
- Examining the issues and why this happened
- Identifying ways to prevent a reoccurrence
