DRE Member Roster Enhancement Update

Effective January 22, 2026, the Member Roster available in the provider portal, Doctors Referral Express (DRE), now includes the date of the member’s last visit for primary care services. Providers can access the enhanced Member Roster by logging into the DRE provider portal and downloading the roster.
To support better visibility on assigned members that have never been seen or have not been seen in over a year, we made improvements to help practices as follows:
- Identify assigned but not seen members more efficiently, enabling proactive outreach and scheduling
- Strengthen patient engagement in primary care and support care gap closure
- Recognize disruptions in care through better visibility into member utilization
- Reduce administrative burden by providing actional information in a single report
For practices actively tracking their assigned and seen/unseen member rate – such as those participating in the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) Equity and Practice Transformation (EPT) Payments Program – reporting just got easier. You will now be able to calculate your assigned and seen/unseen rate for Health Plan members at any time without having to download and manually reconcile multiple data sources.
