Coming – Spring 2017 Enhanced DRE Service for HPSJ Provider Network

As we continue to partner with our provider network, HPSJ is pleased to announce a state-of-theart addition to our DRE provider portal – the electronic medical management system called Essette. We now are working to add the new system, which will go live this spring. This is an upgrade to the current DRE system, now used by almost all in our HPSJ Provider Network.

While we are installing this upgrade, it will be business as usual for all who enter the DRE portal.

After the spring 2017 installation, users will find the same dependability, but the portal will operate more smoothly and have extra functions.
Users will find that the improvements from this more robust provider portal upgrade will include better services for:

  • Prior Authorization
  • Utilization Management
  • Care and Disease Management
  • Pharmacy
  • Customer Services
  • Claims
  • Grievances and Appeals
  • Wellness Programs

Instead of different systems, HPSJ will be able to bring them all together for one powerful platform. Essette is the choice of many Health Plans and IPA’s.

Although the DRE provider portal should not change significantly for users, future HPSJ alerts will be provided to keep you and your staff up-to-date.
