This is an update as we continue to partner with our providers and in conjunction with our February 8, 2017 Provider Alert announcing a state-of-the-art addition to our DRE provider portal (the electronic medical management system known as Essette). We plan to roll out the new system later this summer.
While we are installing this upgrade, it will be business as usual for all who enter the DRE portal. Below, on the left, is the current view of the authorization request process. On the right is the layout for the new online form, coming later this summer. We are refining the process and making it much easier for you to use!
