HPSJ is delivering reports on gaps in care that are easier to use and that illustrate gaps in care at multiple levels.
Reports will be available at the:
- Clinic level
- Individual provider level
- Individual patient level
We are targeting by mid-December to have these available through the HPSJ Provider Portal. We will keep you posted. There will be no change to user access to the reports.
