Health Plan of San Joaquin (HPSJ) has a helpful tool, outside of the provider portal, for
contracted and non-contracted providers to track claims in real-time.
Looking up claims is easy:
- Go to https://www.hpsj.com/form-view/43
- Complete the HIPAA Disclosure Agreement
- After sending the Agreement, you will be routed to the Claims Look-Up Tool
- Search the status of as many claims as needed
Data you can search in the Claims Look-Up Tool:
- Claim Number
- Status
- Receive Date
- Process Date
- Amount Paid
- Check Number
- Denial Reasons
