Effective June 15, 2016.
Our providers are important partners in delivering care to our patients. As we seek more ways to streamline processes, HPSJ has simplified prior authorization requirements for your busy office.
As of June 15, 2016, Prior Authorization is no longer needed for:
- CT Scans and Ultrasounds – regardless of a patient’s age
- Mammograms (screening or diagnostic) – regardless of patient’s age or gender.
