Health Plan’s provider payer, Change Healthcare, notified us that they disconnected their systems as a result of a cyber security issue. As soon as they became aware of the outside threat, they took immediate action in the interest of protecting their partners. Their experts are working to address the matter and bring their systems back into operation as soon as possible.
To avoid interruption or delays to payments, paper checks will be issued to the “Pay to” address we have on file. There will be no direct deposits, electronic
fund transfers (EFT), for these payments.
