This is to inform our PCPs who typically receive their payments and their remittance advice as electronic funds transfer (EFT) and electronic remittance advice (ERA), that there will be a change for the June 2018 check-write only.
Due to an internal issue with our process for this check-write period –
- After your ERA has posted on the Change HealthCare website, you will receive your check and your remittance advice as hard copy paper, instead of electronically via EFT and ERA.
- Your hard copy paper check and remittance advice should arrive in your practice by June 8th.
- This is a one-time occurrence.
