HPSJ shows the flag: Air quality flags fly at some Lodi schools (Lodi News-Sentinell 10/15/14)
Every morning, school custodians dutifully raise the American flag on the flag pole followed by the California state flag. In some schools, such as Lawrence Elementary and Joe Serna Jr. Charter School, another colorful flag billows in the wind soon after, marking the air quality conditions for the day.
