Effective the week of April 17, 2017
Health Plan of San Joaquin continually strives to enhance provider satisfaction, including improving the timeliness of claims payments. In this spirit, starting the week of April 17 – with the exception of the first full business week of each month and weeks with observed holidays, which will continue to have only one check write – HPSJ will complete two check writes per week; one on Tuesdays and the other on Thursdays.
Please note:
- Tuesday checks will have a check date of the following Friday
- Thursday checks will have a check date of the following Tuesday
