Our HPSJ network providers are important partners in delivering care to our members. As we continue to see ways to streamline processes, HPSJ has simplified prior authorization requirements for your busy office
Effective immediately, a prior authorization is no longer required for the following
- Six-Minute Walk Test
- Avulsion In Grown Toe Nail
- Excision of the Nail Matrix
- Injection of an Anesthetic Agent when performed by a contracted provider in podiatry setting
- Telehealth
