MyRewards Quality Incentive Program is Changing

Health Plan’s Quality Incentive Program for members called, “myRewards”, engages members to complete wellness exams, screenings, and select preventive care visits. On May 29, 2026, your Health Plan patients, who are due for incentive-backed wellness exams that qualify for incentives, will receive a reloadable reward card in the mail after submitting a request on our website.
To find out how to leverage this change to engage your Health Plan patients to complete annual wellness visits, see below:
- Members can take action right away to activate the card when the qualified visit is completed.
- Funds will be loaded to the SAME card after each additional request.
- Promote additional screenings and preventive services that qualify for an incentive to engage members in ongoing care.
Please note, Member Incentive cards will ONLY be mailed to addresses on file from Medi-Cal. We encourage members to update their mailing address information at https://benefitscal.com/ if it does not match where they prefer to receive mail. This card must be kept and will be used for all future approved incentives. Members may use the reloadable card at a wide variety of retail and service locations.
