As you may know, California lawmakers have passed legislation to improve the experience of healthcare consumers.
As of July 1, 2016, new regulatory standards will be in place for plans to publish and maintain accurate, timely provider directories. We can accomplish this together, through our provider/plan partnership.
To help your practice take the steps necessary to be ready for these new regulatory standards on July 1, HPSJ is here to help you in these ways:
1. HPSJ will soon contact you so you can validate your information
2. We will be in touch via DRE (hpsj provider portal), as well as by telephone, fax, and/or email
