At this time, we have decided to remain with our current and reliable payment partner, Change Healthcare.
There is no action that you need to take!
- Your payments will continue with Change Healthcare.
- Timely payments will continue using your preferred method.
- Access to the secure provider portal will continue without interruption.

Frequently Asked Questions:

- Today, HPSJ pays you via direct deposit into your bank account (EFT/ACH), but your current preference on ProviderPay will result in a paper check.
- Today, HPSJ sends you electronic reconciliation data (835 EDI), but your current preference on ProviderPay does not have this option enabled.
To resolve either of these issues, please login to the ProviderPay Portal providerpay.secureconduit.net and make the necessary changes. As always, you can call our Provider Services Team if you have questions.
