This is to inform our practitioners, providers and facilities who typically receive their payments and their remittance advice as electronic funds transfer (EFT) and electronic remittance advice (ERA), that there will be a change for this check-write only.

Due to an internal issue with our process for this check-write period –

  • After your ERA has posted on the Change HealthCare website, you will receive your check and your remittance advice as hard copy paper, instead of electronically via EFT and ERA.
  • Your hard copy paper check and remittance advice will arrive in your practice or facility the week of June 4.
  • This is a one-time occurrence.
