209 HEART AND STROKE WALK

American Heart Association will be hosting the 209 Heart and Stroke Walk on Saturday, September 21st, from 9:00am to 11:30am.  At River Islands at Islander Field, 1501 River Islands Parkway, Lathrop, Ca 95330.  Through the annual Heart & Stroke Walk, friends, families, coworkers and neighbors walk together to demonstrate their commitment to their health and to honor or remember loved ones with heart disease or stroke.
