Our HPSJ providers are important partners in delivering care to our members. We will be covering how to submit prior authorizations through DRE, perform a provider search, patient dossier, benefit dossier, formulary look-up, claims search, claims online appeals/PDR process, the HEDIS Gap Report which is a tool developed to help you achieve your HEDIS goals and receive your quarterly Incentives, plus much more.
