Beacon Health Options has announced that their name changed to Carelon Behavioral Health effective March 1, 2023. We are working with Carelon to ensure that materials and our website references are updated. Please communicate this change with your office staff and HPSJ patients as needed.
The rebranding does not change any contract agreements, benefits, or phone numbers. Members will also be notified of the name change.
Please note, HPSJ’s 2023 Provider Manual (Sections 8 and 15) has been updated to reflect the name change. You can view the provider manual on the web at: www.hpsj.com/provider-manual/
