This alert serves as an official 45 business day notice to meet the California Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC) requirements. Health Plan has updated the Provider Manual to reflect the current standards and guidelines.
This change will be effective January 20, 2026. The Provider Manual is intended to be a useful guide for participating providers/practitioners with Health Plan. The Provider Manual can be accessed through our Health Plan website https://www.hpsj.com/provider-manual/.
