Health Plan is proud to partner with local Community Based Organizations (CBO)’s and San Joaquin County Public Health Services to bring the 3rd Annual Black Maternal Health Symposium back to our community.
Learn from local leaders and experts in their fields on how we can collectively strengthen Black Maternal Health through collective action. This event will include presentations, panel discussions, and breakout sessions. CEU’s will be available for nurses and registration is required.
