In keeping with our Fraud, Waste and Abuse policies, HPSJ wants to keep you informed of a potential mail theft or fraud that may impact you or your practice.

HPSJ has been informed by the United States Postal Service (USPS) that there was a theft on March 11, 2019 of US Mail designated for delivery to a local US Post Office. Please see the letter dated March 13, 2019 from the United States Postal Inspection Service.

Protecting the personal information of our members is a high priority for HPSJ. Unfortunately, the specific information stolen is unknown by USPS or HPSJ. HPSJ wants to make you aware of the potential risk, including to: our member’s protected information, to you, and to your practice.

If you have any questions or concerns that specific, protected information mailed to HPSJ during the identified time period may not have been received by HPSJ, please notify our Customer Service Department (209) 942-6320, or email us at so we, in turn, can notify and alert our members and the appropriate agency.
