Hello ABA Providers,
The Behavioral Health Treatment (BHT) team has been working diligently to make the transition from Carelon to Health Plan San Joaquin as smoothly as possible, not only for our members but for our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Providers as well.
As of today, our BHT Care Coordinators will start using an email template for referrals. We ask when sending your response, to complete the template and send it back to the corresponding BHT Care Coordinator’s email.
