COPE is offering a free 30-minute webinar on Understanding Experiences with Stigma – What Stigma Feels Like in Addiction and Recovery featuring Kari Herbert and Jessica Albin, recovery professionals with lived experience. While their recovery journeys are different, both will share how stigma has shown up in their lives across healthcare, family, work, and social settings, how it influenced their decisions to seek or stay in care, and what helped them feel supported and respected.
This short but meaningful event offers insight, reflection, and practical perspective to help reduce stigma, strengthen support, and move toward more compassionate, informed, and healing centered communities.
