KEEP MY MEDI-CAL RENEWAL EVENT

Health Plan of San Joaquin in partnership with Sierra Vista Child and Family Services will be hosting the Keep My Medi-Cal Renewal event on Monday, July 27, 2026, from 1:00pm to 7:00pm.  At 906 Imperial Ave, Modesto, Ca 95358.  Everyone who is enrolled in Medi-Cal must update their information at least once each year.  Help is available in your language. No appointment necessary.
