Calendar of Events

Gold Country Health Center will be hosting National Night Out on Tuesday, August 5th, 2025, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.  At Gold Country Health Center, 4301 Golden Center Dr, Placerville, Ca 95667.  This event is FREE to the community and will provide informational booths, live music and entertainment for the kids.

Yosemite Street Village will be hosting the National Night Out on Tuesday, August 5th, 2025, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.  At Yosemite St, between Acacia & Poplar St, in Stockton, Ca 95206.  This event is FREE to the community and will provide local resources booths, live music, food specials and entertainment for the kids.

Housing Authority County of Stanislaus will be hosting the National Night Out on Tuesday, August 5th, 2025, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.  At the Housing Authority of Stanislaus County, 1701 Robertson Rd, Modesto, Ca 95351.  This event is FREE to the community and will provide local resources booths, live music, hotdogs, chips, water, snow cones and entertainment for the kids.

Riverbank Unified School District and CASA Del Rio will be hosting Back to School Bash event on Wednesday, August 6th, 2025, from 9:00am to 12:00pm.  At CASA Del Rio, 2400 Stanislaus St, Riverbank, Ca 95367.  This event is FREE to the community and will provide community resource booths, backpacks, books and more!

Modesto City Schools will be hosting their 9th Annual Community Resource Fair “Welcome Back to School” Backpack Giveaway Event on Thursday, August 7th, 2025, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm.  At James Marshall Park, 404 Sutter Ave, Modesto, Ca 95351.  FREE event entertainment, free food, and giveaways.

Family Promise of San Joaquin County will be hosting a Family Fun Festival on Saturday, August 9th, 2025, from 11:00am to 2:00pm.  At Central United Methodist Church, 3700 Pacific Ave, Stockton, Ca 95204.  Live performances, community resources, kids’ activities food and more!

Community Medical Centers will be hosting a Health & Resource Fair on Saturday, August 9th, 2025, from 10:00am to 2:00pm.  At the Stockton Ports Baseball Stadium, 404 W.  Fremont St, Stockton, Ca 95203.  FREE health screenings, community resources, wellness information, giveaways and prizes.

Safe Kids San Joaquin County is holding a car seat check-up event on Saturday, August 16th, 2025, from 9:00am to 1:00pm.  At Little Manila Rising, 2154 S. San Joaquin St, Stockton, CA 95206.  Come for a car seat inspection event with nationally certified technicians who can help you install your car seat correctly.  Appointment required for an appointment or more information call 209-468-8367.

West Modesto Communitive Collaborative will be hosting their Back to School Health & Resource Fair on Saturday, August 16th, 2025, from 10:00am to 1:00pm.  At the King Kennedy Memorial Center, 601 Martin Luther King Dr, Modesto, Ca 95351.  This event is FREE to the community.  Live music, backpack giveaways, school supplies, health services, fun games and community resources.

Catalyst Community will be hosting the Community Hub Day on Wednesday, August 20th, 2025, from 11:30am to 1:00pm.  At the Pioneer Park, 6740 Fairplay Rd, Somerset, Ca 95684.  This event is FREE to the community and will provide Senior hot lunches, informational booths and food boxes.

El Dorado County Ag in the Classroom will be hosting the 20 Mile Taste Fundraiser Event on Saturday, August 23rd, 2025, from 4:00pm to 7:00pm.  At Rainbow Orchards, 2569 Larsen Dr, Camino, CA 95709.  This annual fundraiser is a celebration of El Dorado County’s bounty, showcasing local produce prepared by local chefs.
