Calendar of Events

Stanislaus Latino Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Health Plan of San Joaquin, Modesto Gospel Mission, and Univision will be hosting the Christmas Carnaval Saturday, December 6th, 2025, from 12:00pm to 4:00pm.  At the Modesto Gospel Mission, 1400 Yosemite Blvd, Modesto, Ca 95351.  This event is FREE to the community and will provide free toys, food, music, raffles, Santa, and community resources.

West Modesto Community Collaborative will be hosting a Community Builders Potluck on Wednesday, December 10th, 2025, from 9:30am to 11:30am.  At the Second Baptist Church, 529 California Ave, Modesto, Ca 95351.  Come together to wrap up the year!  Take some time to reflect on what went well in 2025, what can improve, and what topics the community would like to focus for next year.

Little Manila Rising will be hosting the Winter Celebration 2025 event on Saturday, December 13th, 2025, from 10:00am to 3:00pm at the Conway Homes in Stockton.  Come and celebrate the end of the year and upcoming holidays by enjoying free food, free winter activities, and community resources!

Catalyst Community will be hosting the Community Hub Day on Wednesday, December 17th, 2025, from 11:30am to 1:00pm.  At Pioneer Park, 6740 Fairplay Rd, Somerset, Ca 95684.  This event is FREE to the community and will provide Senior hot lunches, informational booths and food boxes.

Grace is the Key will be hosting the 9th Annual Christmas in the Park on Wednesday, December 17th, 204, from 3:30pm to 6:30pm.  At James Marshall Park (West Modesto) 420 Chicago Ave, Modesto, Ca 95351.  This event is FREE to the community and will provide community resources, pizza, snacks, and gifts for the kids.

Toys for Joy” in Stockton refers to a big Christmas giveaway event, primarily led by Jason Lee (District 6), partnering with Hollywood Cares Foundation and Zeus Network on December 20th, 2025, from 12:00pm to 4:00pm.  At Aspire Stockton Secondary Academy (2428 Belleview Ave, Stockton, Ca 95206) for kids 10 & under, featuring toys, food, resources, with community partners like Kaiser Permanente.
