Behavioral Health Services

Behavioral Health benefits are available to enrolled members. The following services are covered under the Health Plan:

• Therapy (Telehealth and In Person)-Individual, group or family
• Medication Management (Telehealth and In Person)
• Psychological/Neuropsychological Testing
• Behavioral Health Treatment/Applied Behavioral Health ( prior authorization required)
• Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (prior authorization required)

Health Plan has created a plan to teach members and doctors about the covered behavioral health services, and how members can get these services.

The goal is to increase members using behavioral health services. To create the plan, Health Plan focused on:

• • Looking at reports on members who are using or not using behavioral health services by age, race/ethnicity, culture, language, and other areas
  • Learning ways to make it easier for members to get behavioral health services by asking our members, doctors, and the community for feedback

Health Plan is dedicated to helping our members get the behavioral health services that they need.
